Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?
- Any product purchased from glovescart can be returned if it is in the original condition it was shipped to you. Opened boxes of disposable gloves are however non returnable.
- Returns are generally accepted within 35 days of the original purchase date
- Items that are defective or of poor workmanship
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging if applicable

- Free gifts or promotional items
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
- There is no charges for return
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable unless you were shipped the incorrect product
- You are responsible for return shipping charges unless we shipped you the incorrect product
HOW DO I RETURN?
- Send us an email with your order number and reason for return. Once we very your order, we will process the return once all the conditions are full filled.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
